We had some issues with our apartment door lock when we were out of town and Chris Mendoza was great with helping us out after we submitted an emergency request. He's always going above and beyond when it comes to any issues and help we've needed with the apartment. We are super grateful to him, thank you Chris! Also the entire maintenance team at this property is beyond incredible, we've been here three years and always had a great experience.
I live on the first floor of bldg 31. I have told management on several different occasions the girl upstairs is so noisy and she has 2 dogs that she never takes out to play or go potty so I have to hear them running around, bouncing balls, dropping things. Last night it went on for 2 hours. I have called the police and still management has done nothing. Other than not following the lease rules I have no other problems. Oh except for ants which they are working on.
They intentionally ignore phone calls when they’re feeling lazy - which is 90% of the time. I lived there ‘20-‘22, currently have important questions regarding literal money being sent from my employer to my old address there & they still won’t answer in ‘23. They shot up the rent drastically with no upgrade(s). Bad customer service, no empathy, just want your money. This is an objective review. Austin is huge, go somewhere else.
I would like to thank Ethan for always helping us out with our work orders. He’s very attentive and always willing to help with anything you ask regarding any problems on your apartment! I’ve lived here for quite some time and I can say that Ethan is one of my favorites Maintnance guys! Thank you Ethan!

Great experience all around. Been here for six weeks and am so happy I chose this community to call home. My leasing agent, Rebekah, is fantastic. I am so thankful for her and all the assistance she provided to me (then and now). I am a first time renter so I really needed someone to be patient.
For the community, great location. Super close to 35 and Mopac. 13 mins to Domain and 18 mins to ‘the rock’ at Lady Bird Lake. Lots of space for the dogs including a dog spa for baths, beautiful community center, good gym (used once, I’m an outdoor runner). Pool is wonderful and always clean. Feels like a 4-star hotel. Was able to use when weather was still warm. People are friendly. The community is well maintained. No trash or junk.
My unit is perfect. I have a decent size garage for a SUV (for context: BMW X3). Plenty of storage in the garage. My entire living space is upstairs with a nice outdoor patio. Love the high ceilings with lots of natural light. Kitchen is functional and as someone who cooks and bakes I am shocked that all of my stuff fit in the cabinets. Bedroom and closet are a good size and nice bathroom with large soaking tub/shower. Love that it’s a smart home.
Noise level? Not bad at all. I never hear my neighbors and there is very little community noise. I work from home and have no issues during the day.
Staff has been wonderful. The management office is quick to respond to emails. Maintenance and pest control is very responsive. I noticed a couple of ants near my window which is typical this time of year and in a drought. Maintenance assisted quickly with a light bulb for my front porch and a minor issue with the interior garage door. Mr. Harold with the valet trash service is a darling.
I’ve been living here for almost a year and this is the best apartment ever. Anytime I put in a maintenance request it is fixed within that day. The apartment is beautiful and so spacious. They updated the apartments to be run by your phone which makes life easier. The pool in the summer time is so spacious that everyone has their own area. I want to get a bigger apartment I hope one is available when my lease is up!
So far this community has been fantastic, I have occupied this apartment for a month, but only lived here for 5 days. I have put in maintenance tickets and they were addressed in less than 24 hours, great response time! Absolutely …
